As a general rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. If personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) is collected on our website, this is done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.

Order processor, recipient
We process your personal data with the help of data processors who support us in the provision of services (e.g. web hosting, sending newsletters via e-mail).
These processors are strictly obliged to protect your personal data and may not process your personal data for any purpose other than to provide our service.
Your personal data is only transferred to transaction-related providers, such as banks (in the case of transfers to you), tax consultants (if you appear in our accounts) and shipping service providers (in the case of dispatching to you) etc.

Contact form & online booking
After submitting the form, your personal data is processed by the person responsible for data protection. The purpose of this is for processing your request based on the consent you have given by submitting the form.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. The only consequence of not providing your personal data is that you cannot submit your request and we cannot process this.

E-mail newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletters via the website. For this purpose, we require your e-mail address and a  statement that you agree to receive the newsletter.For our newsletters we use the GetResponse newsletter service (GetResponseSp. z o.o., Arkońska 6, A3, 80-387, Gdańsk, Poland).
If you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration ("double opt-in"). Following your confirmation, your e-mail address is permanently stored at GetResponse until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or we delete it. GetResponse stores the date of your registration and the IP address where the registration took place. Your IP address is not used for any other purpose. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time by using the links specified in each newsletter issue or by e-mail: info(at)mohnenfluh.com. We will immediately delete your data that is related to the sending of the newsletter.

Storage of log information
Our website records a range of general data and information each time the website is called up by the person concerned or by an automated system. This information is stored in log files on the server. The following information can be recorded: the browser types and versions that are used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (known as the referrer), the sub-sites that are controlled via an accessing system on our website, the date and time when the website was accessed, an Internet protocol address (IP address), the Internet service provider of the accessing system and other similar data and information that serves to prevent hazards in the event that our IT systems are attacked.
