Our booking terms and terms of business are intended to set out our conditions clearly, in your interests and in ours. You accept the content of these terms when you book a room in the Mohnenfluh. On arrival, the rooms are ready for you from 3.00 pm onwards. On departure, we request that you clear the rooms by 11.00 am.
Cancelling a booking
If you cancel, for whatever reason, at any time from 3 months before the date of your arrival onwards, the cancellation costs will be Euro 50.00 in each case. Added to this sum, the recommended cancellation fees of the Austrian Hotel Association apply:
- Up to 3 months before arrival date - no charge
- 3 to 1 month before arrival date - 40% cancellation costs
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival date - 70% cancellation costs
- Final week before arrival date - 90% cancellation costs

Dogs
Dogs are only accepted by prior arrangement and in certain room categories in the original and the main house. Costs per dog per day Euro 7.00 to 14.00, not including food. We ask for your understanding in not allowing pets in the restaurant. Please bring your own dog blanket/dog baskets.
Holiday cancellation & early return insurance
We have you interests at heart …
which is why we are offering, as a special service, the "Hotelstorno Plus" holiday cancellation service.
This insurance package (without excess) from Europäische Reiseversicherung includes, as well as cancellation fees, the costs of an early return and extra costs for a delayed outward journey or involuntary extension of the holiday, as well as costs for search and rescue in the case of an accident in the mountains (including helicopter rescue).
